Exchange land
I have sold 25000 sq. ft. land situated at susgaon pune in 1991.
Now Buyer Agreed to exchange 25000 sq. ft. land situated at bebadohal gaon pune. Please advise me the process of exchange.

Exchange by a duly registered deed operate like sale.
However, consult your lawyer with regard to proper draft, other formalities as also valuations and other related matters.

You may approach a lawyer who can draft and execute a sale deed for you.

Execute an Exchange Deed preferably through council who better know about stamp duty, registration fee, terms and conditions, etc.
