Could someone please explain how property is divided in Chandigarh, India. If the house has 3 floors, and each floor has a diiferent built up area, with the lower floor having maximum built up area. The division has to be done within 3 people. How is the division calculated? Can the ground floor be sold on its own as 1/3?
