Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We Have a Family Agreeent Signed by Mother and My Brother , its not registered it states that
me and my brother will be entitled equal shares 50 :50 of one property as legal heirs it does not state if my mother is relinquishing her rights whatsoever. for other propertys it does ( lawyer forgot about it ).
at end it does say all theree are signing the agreement in our freewil with in proper state of mind .
now can my brother raisee claim through my mother for that property again to divide it in 3 shares does this mean my mother relinquished her rights.
we gave other properties for my mother which she owns completly

The agreement can be challenge but u have to prove it by witnesses therein.
