Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
In a Family arrangement document, one of the attestators has used his official seal instead of his home address. The said document is going to be challenged in a court of law as a fradulent document. The document says that it was executed in a private residence. But the attestator has used his official seal knowing fully well that it is not connected with his work. - The official seal reads "Chief Auditor, Bangalaore Mahanagara Palike, Bangalore" and no where he has given his residential address. Should we construe this as signed by a representative of the said office and implead them as a party to the case.

using of official seal is no ground of forgery or fraud. no benefit can be derived by objecting the document on this ground.
