family god issue

about rights of Family God:

I have a family at my native place. My parents take care of all the things related to our family Gods and Goddess. Now the another of my uncle who never turned during last 25 or more years is now demanding that the statues of god which were recreated by my mother before 4 years back. I want legal advice in this case. These statues of gods are there in our house from our last 2-3 generations.so our feeliings are associated with them. This is my mother's maternal family. My mother takes care of all the things after my grandmother.And the uncle is my mother's cousin.

Continuing with question I forgot to mention that he is making

our life miserable by abusing my parents. Even he is indirectly threatening my parents by saying that he'll kill my father.I am away from my parents for the job. But I want to do something in this case.My parents are really frightened by this. Our other neighbours are also not cooperative.

I suggest you to collect all the relevant information in the concerned matter and then try to solve matter by negotiating about the matter with the mother's cousin and if require file an appropriate suit in the above regard. for further legal consultation
