Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Our family has been living in this pagdi house since last 80 years my great grandfather was the first to move in this building. This is a trust owned building now the trustees have been wanting to sell this building to a developer without our consent and is also taking Rs.1.3Crores for the trustee family. What action can be taken against the trustees

At the most you can claim back the amount if any given to the trust at the time of contract, subject to the terms of the contract.
