family partition
i want to know if we want to share our paternal property such as house building, land,gold bond etc among our family members which has already in name of our one of the parent then what we have to do? so that we can escape from expenses and whether any family partition thru panchnama will be valid according to indian property act or law ? or please also advice what to do? thanks

As far as immovable properties are concerned, you need a duly registered partition.
