In a family property dispute what are the rights of a married girl child? if the property is in maharashtra and karnataka in india.

she has every right in the property along with other legal heirs provided the owner dies intestate that is to say without a WILL. However owner has every right to dispose his self acquired property to any one excluding the married daughter by writing his WILL.
