Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We have a family property which has been registered on my Mother's name. We are two brothers and this property has been divided equally among us and an agreement was written (not registered though) and signed by all parties. The property was still on my Mother�s name but my mother/my brother/myself share the rents of the property. (my mother is getting more share in rents).

Around 9 years back, my mother gifted my share of the property to my minor son and registered the gift deed, but still my mother is enjoying the rents of the property. I am letting my mother to enjoy my share of rent too whereas my brother still enjoys his share of rents. Please note that there is no condition in the gift deed that my mother will enjoy the rents. It�s only our understanding. However I have been paying the property taxes of the property (only my share) for the past 5 years or so.

Now the question is: Is there a way that my mother can revoke gift deed without our knowledge? There are many bad elements around my mother who are poisoning her mind
