Farmhouse land area issue

I did agreement for farmland 10,000 sq ft (8500 sq ft. and 1500 sq ft for road) for 30lacs.(all paid by cheque) and have receipts.

But on registry Builder is showing only 8500 sq ft only. and no mention of rest of 1500 sq ft.

In fact agrement of 10,000 sq ft including road.I need extra money refund from builder.What steps i can take please help.

Can i file FIR under IPC 420/406 where builder played tricks and excluded 1500 sq ft. in registration while in agreement it is clearly mentioned as included.

you have the remedy of moving the consumer court and you can also approach the local police for getting an f.i.r registered.

Yes, you may approach the police also. However, you may also consider filing a civil suit for the balance land / money.
