Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my father was in army but he died in 2008in an accident after his retirement from army.we are two children,me one daughter&a son. my father left my mother&kept;mistress &having;3 children from her.but my was his legal wife,he came 2 her at the time of his retirement 2 receive her signature in a document which is for collection of his PF 7forcefully he received her sign 7collected his PF.AND WITH THAT MONEY HE PURCHASED house ,lands only for his mistress &her;children.please tell me what can we do regarding this,because he left nothing for us.At what ground we can file a case against them 2 receive property.

you have not mentioned as to whent father got signature from mother forcefully so as to withdraw PF. Your major obstruction is law of limitation. if father died in 2008 he must have got signatures from mother even earlier than that. three years is the statue of limitation. secondly, how did your father passed on the property to her mistress and/or her children. thirdly, why are you assuming that nothing has been left for you.
