The Hotel belongs to all the legal heirs of your father and his partner ,if they had died intestate . All the legal heirs can sell the same together or by giving power of attorney in anbody 's name to so on there behalf.
what legal hassles you anticipate?
A tenant may not be able to sell the property.
However, in case of tenancy of commercial property, an assignment of running business with stock in trade may be possible.
