Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My Father (Say A) has 3 brothers B,C,D. 1 of them (say D) is uneducated and unemployed and we take care of him and he stays with us.I transferred a piece of D's property , which is a Residential Land and Registered in my name. My Father A and his Elder brother B signed on the registration documents.
Now can brother C get into any legal conflicts and object on the land I acquired from D? C does not want to take care of D but wants his property rights.
I also wanted to mention that my Father has 4 sisters and they are in favor of us and we want to build a house on that property.

Hi, it's not clear whether the property is a joint property/inherited or not. If it is a joint property C has a right in the property and C can claim his share. Even sisters also can claim their share of property.
