can a father cancel his gift deed given to his 2 out of five sons at any point of time and on what grounds?

A gift is completed on delivery by donor (giver) and acceptance by the donee (recipient). A gift, once completed, cannot be cancelled or revoked.
Your question is inappropriate. What do you mean by a "gift deed" ?
