Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Father is current owner of the property.The property was given to him by his brothers and sisters through gift deed.The property was originally an ancestry property to them.Can his son have stake in the property to his father and his brother's objections.

If gift is for the family of your father, then it may be joint family property and you as a son could have a claim/share therein.
