Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father was died in 2001 leaving behind him 3 married sons and 3 married daughters. My father along with 3 sons was residing in the house. He died in 2001. Now, my 3 sisters are demanding for partition.

Does they have the right for the partition of the house (59 square yards) in which 3 married brothers are already residing with their family?

They are entitled to equal share with the sons.

the can claim the partition but family can intervene and make the sisters understand that it is not such a big property and they may agree if they are well placed.
