My father died 8 months ago without a will. we have property in Delhi and Hyderabad. what is the procedure to get it transferred into my mothers name as we want to sell the property in Delhi.

in order to get the properties mutated on your mother's name, you need to file petitions for succession, both in hyderabad and delhi. once she gets the succession, she may sell the properties of delhi. you need to contact a local lawyer in delhi for this purpose. which side of delhi, the properties are situate.
