Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father died in 2000 and there after my mother in 2002 both without having any will.I am younger of four brother ,all well settled away from home town in U.P.My elder brother was looking our parental farm since their death but now we all need money, we decided to partition our parental property but whenever we tried to do so by sitting together and to have a discussion my elder will create some issue. It seems that he is not in favor of partition and he say he will not let any of us to sell our part of property. Since three of us are are in favor of partition so, kindly advice a way to have a quick solution out of it, as non of us want to stretch it long.

Thanking you.

Quick solution is mutual amicable agreement between all co-owners followed by registered deed of partition.

Else, a suit for partition in court.
