My father died 30 years back. I am the karta of his HUF. Can my sister make a claim on the property under HUF today ?

Under Hindu Succession Act, there is notional partition on death of karta or coparcener. You sister would be entitled to share in the share of your father on such notional partition.

You are no more karta of his HUF which came to an end on his death; As rightly commented by Mr. Nahar, you sister is entitled to her share.
