Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my father divided our owned plot between myself and my brother. I have got the plot which is notified as paddy field in town country planning survey in goa INDIA.
i would like to build a house (ground + 1st floor) on 200 sq meter plot of land, but i am told that i have to convert the whole plot 1st i:e the full plot given to me and my brother as it is notified as paddy field. This will cost me a lot of money. Is there any option to convert the plot of about 200 square meteres on which i will build a house. What are my options. My property is in goa INDIA.
