Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Father divided his purchased land among his four son as gift deed 14 years back.Now he want to sell the same land with out asking to their son.Is it a legal. If not what is the resolution?

If Gift is absolute and complete by registered gift deed, then father has no title and hence can not sell.
