My father expired in nov. 2005 after my mother's death in july 1999. thereafter my only married sister expired in aug. 2009 leaving me the only heir of my father who is / was been staying with him in mhada tenentment since 1966. your kind guidance and procedure to transfer the flat on my name -rajan

You may apply to the authorities for transfer of the flat. If they do not accept your request, you may file a civil suit for declaring you as the owner.
