Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father expired in 2006. He had a property in bangalore, To transfer khata in my name my mother and sister signed on NOC and property khata is now in my name. but after 4 years now he claiming the share for the same property. but before 2006 we have given 2 property in her name. what are the legal options available for me. what if she goes to court.

What ever was given to her during life time of your father may not be count towards "inheritance" after his death. She may be entitled to a share out of your father's property. If she goes to court, you may consider reaching an amicable settlement.
