Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my father is expired last year. our house is in their name. their first wife is expired but they had one daughter after year they remarriage and they had one boy and daughter. now the earlier first wife daughter is claim for the house. but my mother and my brother is still staying there . i married 2yrs before.now she is not ready to sign the transfer papers . we are going to transfer our house in our moms name but she refused to sign. she ran away with her boyfriend around before 20 years. nw she came back for claiming our house we have no relations with her my father didnot allow her to enter our house. Is mhada required NOC from siblings
what to do? how we transfer our house to our moms name?
