My father expired in the year 2007 and he has not written any WILL.
we are two children me female and one elder brother. I got
married in the year 1982 and have two children. Mybrother
also hv two children. All are majors. My mother also
alive. All the property is self acquired by my father.
How the property shared in the family members.
And also on my mother named property how can she distribute?
The property on mother named is (My father purchased the property 50%
kept on my mother).
Can i get equal in all?

Yes You can get equal share in all the property .
the property in the name of your mother cannot be divided equally till the time she is alive or she gives consent for division of property. in case she executes a will in favour of any of the legal heir, that legal heir will inherit the property.
