Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

My father fought with our family (my mom, me, my 2brothers), and left from our home. He took all his property with him.

He has not given any single property to anyone of us. Is there any law to get some of that property to my mother?

Even he has not given money to my brothers study?

The spouse and minor children may claim maintenance/support.
