Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
A father having full faith in his two sons transfers house property built by him on his sons names when he is alive. Can the father take the property back since the sons start misbehaving with the father.The father is alive but very aged.

This will depend upon how the property was transferred to the two sons and whether the father retained any reverter or reversionary interests in the subject property.

in case the transfer is done through sale deed or gift deed, the father has to file a suit for cancellation of the deed. in case a will has been executed, another declaration of cancellation of will would serve the purpose.
