Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father inherited agricultural land in his native village in Bihar. Additionally, his childless uncle gave him his share of landed property as gift. Part of the land was leased to a person to operate a petrol pump for monthly rental consideration. Also, my father purchased urban land in a city in Bihar and on of that land he constructed a 9 bedroom house.

My father died intestate in the year 2007 and was survived by 5 sons and 4 daughters; all married, eldest is a sister and I am eldest among the sons.

My brothers are insisting to deny any share of property to sisters. In view of Hindu succession Act 2005 who is responsible to ensure that no injustice is done to any of the heirs- My eldest married sister or I? My three sisters may not be keen to claim any share but youngest married sister is keen to claim share in at least the leased land at village and the urban land/house in the city.

If I am responsible to ensure justice to all siblings, what should I do?

If my eldest married sister is responsible to act how should she go about it?

You can take the responsibility and issue lawyer notice to all siblings to agree to equal share, otherwise legal action will be taken.
