Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father inherited a property in the prime locality of Bangalore. Now he doesn't know if he has got it through will or by gift deed. But for the past 30 years he has been paying the corporation tax & the katta/EC is in his name.
Now how should he transfer the property to his son?
