Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father had a land property from his uncle. Later, he gave the property to his father by a danpatra. The land is still in my father's name but the house situated on the property is in my grand father's name. Now my uncles and aunties claim the property. Do they have any right to claim the property?

once your father gave the land to his father through gift deed, the rest of legal heirs may have a claim in the same. see a lawyer with all the documents.
