Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father in law has 2 flats.In his will he has given 1 to my brother in law n 1 to my husband.By fraud my brother in law has transferred my husband flat in his name.Will we get the flat given in the will or will have any problem?

you need to get the will probated in this situation and also seek restraining orders against your brother.
