Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my father had 2 marriage .after 1st wife death he did 2nd marriage.by 1st wife there r 2 son and by 2nd wife there r 4 daughter and 1 son. my father bought property on my 1st mother name and now they all( father and both mother) got death.as per indian hindu low how we can divide property on both mother's son and daughter name?1 wife's son telling property on his mother mane soo 2nd wife 's son and daughter can get any part in that property .we r 2nd wife's son .can any one advise me can we get any part of that property as per low?
