Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my father had 2 marriage .after 1st wife death he did 2nd marriage.by 1st mom there r 2 son and by 2nd mom there r 4 daughter and 1 son. my father bought property on my 1st mother name and now they all( father and both mother) got death.as per indian hindu low how we can divide property on both mother's son and daughter name?

You need to understand effect of property purchased by father in the name of mother and property of mother.

Upon death, property devolve according to law of succession governing the deceased.
