Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
can father of a married daughter become associate member and or chairman of the co-op hsg societies. Where father does not have any legal entity in the property of the daughter and where the daughter was chairman of the said society and was disqualified under the law. if yes then what are the remedies and if no then too what are the remedies of the society members.
