Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father married when I was 19 yrs old in 1992.I resisted to him to remarry after death of my mother in 1991.Now my father is trying to give property to my step mother and step brother.My father has not added any property which came from my grandfather to him.In this case shall I get the property which is on my fathers name.

In case of any self acquired property, nobody has any right. Not even son.
