Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
My father is a member of the society and is unable to attend society meetings, i and my brother would like to do so on his behalf, do we have to become a member jointly with my father, if so, what is the procedure ?

you may become a joint member or for the purpose of attending meetings you may take an authority of your father and give it to the office of society then also you may attend meetings

in case you living in the society and your name is recorded in the list of dependents, residents, you can attend the meeting.
