Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father gone missing from past 7 years & obtained civil death declaration from city civil court. Now i need a succession certificate to inherit the property of the deceased. Pls guide me in the relevant provisions of law, if a person missing from past 7 years and to claim his property. Under which provisions of INDIAN SUCCESSION ACT. We are Hindu and our mother died.

How many brothers and sisters do you have ? As all of you have equal rights in the property and if your siblings want to relinquish there share in the property in your favour they can do as well.
