Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father is missing from past 7 years and we obtained civil death declaration from the local civil court. He has some immovable properties in his name. We are Hindus. For it i need to take legal heir certificate from the competent civil court. So pls could you tell me the relevant sections from the Indian succession Act or from Hindu succession Act. Which Act is preferable and the most relevant sections to obtain legal heir certificate.

you may contact the lawyer and he would file the petition for succession under relevant sections of Hindu Succession Act.
