Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My Father owns a flat in Pune. As per the documents his four children (one of them is me)are heirs My brother wants me to sign a NOC so he can transfer the flat in his name, without giving me my share right now saying that he does that not have that much money. Can I sign a conditional NOC stating that he should pay me when ever he sells the flat?

May be.
However, enforceability of such a NoC may be doubtful.
