Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father passed away without a will. He left me (son), my 4 sisters and my mother behind. I understand we all have a right to his land in the Punjab but me and my sisters want to relenquish this interest to my mother so that she owns it all (and can sell it).
How would I do this?
We are all based in the UK.

You and your Sisters can by executing Deeds of Relinquishment in favour of your Mother ,relinquishing therte shares in her favour and getting these deeds of relinquishments registered,Your Mother would become the owner of your as well as your sisters share in the property.
