Father passedaway in 1981 inestate. leaving me my mother and brother. leaving following
1. 1.3 lac of cash as PF and Lic
2. Independent house which later developed into shopping complex
3. vacant PLOT in hyderabad
4. 20 acres of ancesteral agri land and a house in village
5. mother aquired 10 acres of ancesteral property from her dad as gift ( dowry).
due to family issues i was sent out of house and raised by uncles having no connection with house on property issues.
1. Mum and brother sold 2 acres of agriland
2. Mum and brother sold Vacant Plot in hyderabad
now i requested partition brother claims above sold propertys have been spent for family expenses.
also the PF and LIC money recived. he transfered agriland onto his names ( just the pattas). he collected all the rents from house converted to shopping complex ( about 1.5 lac per month for 12 yrs) , all the income from agri land.
now he claims one share for his wife aswel as he says she spent her money of 1 lac in 1995. and requests major share as he was the trustee. also claims mothers 10 acres land has to be his
am i entitled to 50% share of property? why should i be deprived ?. what rights do i have? can i claim the lost incomem sold propertys?
do i have any right in mothers 10 acres land ( as in heritance after her )
how can i proceed as now they claim they have many laons and cant give me any at all.
i was 4 when my dad passed away my brother was 17.
all banking and transactions have been done by him till date. note mother party supports him naturally

go to civil suit and also lodge FIR against him U/s 420, 365 etc.. or call on my cell
