Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father gives power of attorney of a house situated in delhi to my younger brother and my brother sell this property without knowledge/consent of my father. Can my brother sell this property? Is this deal is valid ?

If your father has given a right to your brother to sell the property under the POA document then your brother did what he was suppose to do . There is no illegality in the transaction.
