Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father has prepared a will and notarised it with the notary a year ago. In this will he has mentioned that his daughter is entitled to his property after his demise. On the advice of the lawyer, he had requested my brother to sign a no-objection letter which he has not done so. Pls note - Brother has already another accomodation is his name where as the daughter is unmarried
What further steps should my father take so as to ensure that his daughter gets his property after his death. Pls advice

it is better if the father executes a gift deed in favour of the daughter in order to avoid any future litigation amongst siblings.
