Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My father have a property,he is no more,my mother,me and my elder brother lived in the house.my brother also expired before 2 years.me and my mother only there.brohers sons want to share the property.i have 2 wifes,first wife have 1 girl,now i am not with her,i am staying with 2nd wife and she have 2 children.my mother wrote a will like her share will belongs to my second wife children.can you help me how much share can i get for 2nd wife and her childrens

Property will have three shares. One share one third goes to mother. One share one third goes to you which would go to children from first wife and second wife and children from second wife in equal share and third share one third will go to deceased brothers sons.
