my father purchase a property in the name of a partnership company and at present this company is closed. after purchase the said property my father die and left behind him, one wife, one son and one daughter. Can we or i sale this property.

you, your brother and your mother have an equal right in the share of partnership firm after dissolution and rendition of account.
