Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father purchased a house in 1995 and give it to his village wel known person for take care. My father did not take rent from his. My father died in Dec 2009. After that we went their and said to him for vacant our house. He did not vacant our house or did not pay rent. He has electricity bill and ration card behalf of our house. What shoud we do.

you may file a suit for possession and mesne profits in the civil court. what villlage is this ...near delhi.

You have to see the amount of rent and if it falls under Delhi Rent Control Act. Terminate the tenancy first by a legal notice
