Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father purchased land and put one both of my mother and on his

name now my father expired without writting any WILL. Now my

mother want to write WILL. When writting the will is it required the

signatures of son and daughter?

No. But yes if you are attesting witnesses in the will.
