Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father taken Rs. 50000/- as proof of agreement for Rs. 50000/- value on 3% interest/Month with multiple interest return with in the 2 and half year. For the shake of Rs 50000/- safety Our father did 4 acre land sale deed in the fever of Malppa. If our father not pay back this money with in agreed date it will be consider full and final sale deed in the name of Malppa.
Therefore our father pays back total principal with multiple interest amounts to Malappa. This amount taking from Abdul Rs. 100000/- and sale deed did in fever of Abdul. Same day sale of agreement did for 4and half acre land for Rs. 100000/-.
For this total Rs. 200000/- one more agreement did on same day and same land.
Total Rs. 200000/- free from interest for five year. Instead of interest he will take benefit from same land. When we started asking to return back all land. He refusing by N reasons before committed date to March 2010.
Then we taken khabja on this land and started owned cultivation in this land. And complaint given on him at AC office. He is a business man at Hyderabad and he not former at this village.
Based on this complaint. As well as this property come from our father�s father. Therefore we want our share of the land because our father with out informing to us he did sale deed, sale of agreement and agreement. Against this complaint AC release order for 4 acre land. He is not taken permission respected deportment and he is businessman not a former. This land has to take in Karnataka Govt & This land not belongs to us.
We are suffered and suffering lot. Because right from starting we are not having any type support from any body. And we have only one source for survive at that time. And our cast family have only single house in this village. Due to this problem our family totally disturbed. During this struggle our mother expired. My Mother body buried in 4 acre land, as well as our grand father , grand Mother and uncle also buried in this land. Still we are not yet well settled.
Now Abdul appealed to high court, Abdul make dependent to Tasildar, AC and me.
In this situation what can I do?
