my father is runing clinic for past 20 years on rented property,if in case owner of tht prperty comes and asked to leave tht property,can he do tht?. now i m planing to open something else in same clinic can i open in absence of my father.plz suggest me wht should i do.

1) Yes the owner can ask your dad to vacate the property.
2) Do you want to do some illegal work without the consent of your owner. Anything done in a shop without the consent of the owner is illegal.

1) Owner can do that only under the grounds mentioned in the Delhi Rent Act.
2) Your starting your own business in the rented premises depends upon the language of the lease deed.
