Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My father has sold his flat and given equal shares to my two sisters and nothing to me, is there any way I can proceed legally. Sister has diverted my parents completely towards them stating their family have no definite source of income and children are not setelled, Pls guide any possibility,

If the Flat is your father's self earned property then he can give it to anybody he wants.
